-The angel was probably too caught up in his own thoughts and trying to catch a familiar to notice any presence of a stranger. It was only when he heard the shifting of clothing, someone clearing their throat and then a voice that Castiel noticed that there was someone else in the large room. He'll only turn his head to look at the rather usual looking man-- someone who Castiel quickly figured out wasn't human despite his appearance. He made no comment in regards to this, merely frowning at what was said- I don't understand that reference. Are you looking for your mother in this place? -Castiel's face remained blank apart from the slight frown, although anyone who knew him would know that his expression wasn't uncommon. And of course he still didn't understand some of the more sarcastic comments people made..-
---☠---
/All Loki will do at that reply is chuckle softly, grinning all the while before shaking his head./ No, no. I'm not looking for my mother. It was just a saying that I've heard around. /Loki will simply reply, tilting his head slightly with a smug smile before taking a few steps towards the other man with curious intent. He knows for a fact that Castiel here isn't just any regular human. Now he's simply curious as he scans the man, trying to figure out who exactly he is./ What seems to be the matter, dear Castiel? /The god will ask, raising an eyebrow as that was all he could figure out.. is Castiel's name but nothing more. Without a moment of hesitation, he'll step even closer to the unknown figure with that same grin. Maybe he can push this one around a bit./
-Castiel's expression won't change at all, simply staring at the other with that clearly confused frown. He won't respond, merely offering a nod of his head as his question was answered. He didn't really have time to be making idle chatter with anyone else here, especially since the man had already stated he was as confused as the angel was in regards to their location. He had already tried to fly out, but it was useless-- his best bet was to try and communicate to one of his family, or the Winchesters. The angel had looked away for a moment, only looking back to the stranger, who was considerably closer than before, when his name was spoken- Have we met before? I do not remember you. -Cas will probably do the same, reaching out with his mind to prod at Loki's own consciousness. He'll probably sense that the other holds a large amount of power-- possibly more than himself-- and he'll draw himself back before he causes any trouble. The angel will stay where he is though, simply shifting to face Loki and watching warily-
/Oh he's getting to him, slowly, but surely. That confused expression on the other's face once hearing his own name will amuse Loki to no end as he continues with that same grin. Loki is slowly finding out who this one is.. but the main thing is still clouded away and far hidden in Castiel's mind. Someone is complicated to read./ No, we have not. /He'll simply reply, continuing to try and fight through that barrier that is built in the angel's mind but failing.. horribly - which will secretly anger the god. Though he is finding out about other things... Dean and Sam Winchester. He has heard of them, though he never bothered to completely learn about the men due to the fact that they simply didn't interest him./ Also, calling your friends won't work. No one on the outside can hear you. /Of course, how would he know? He hasn't even tried doing the same, but he knows this sort of power that's lingering.. though he's not strong enough to break through - sadly./ Ah, where are my manners? I'm Loki of Asgard. /He'll greet softly, giving the other a slight nod as if believing that Castiel here will know who he is. Maybe he doesn't? Ah well.. it won't hurt to try./
-Cas is much too innocent to realise what it happening, sob. No doubt the angel can now feel the other looking around in his mind-- which is probably a bad idea, especially if Loki happens to stumble upon an image of his true form. He'll make sure on keeping his identity hidden in his mind, blocking it with images and memories of rather mundane things. Like the Impala- Alright. -Castiel will mutter, frowning all the more as the other continues to riffle through his mind-- only allowing him to see what he permitted. The angel promptly ignored the warning, not even making a sign that he had even heard it. Once the other introduces himself however, Castiel will only frown more at the familiarity of the name- The real Loki? -Cas will look the other over more carefully now before nodding to himself- I see. Yes, I know of your mythology. I have some personal experience with it.
- way too innocent 8(. Dang it, Castiel.. you're making this way too hard for Loki here. Loki will frown slightly, seeing all the mundane images that Castiel is giving him. The Impala.. of all things and now he'll scoff softly. This will be extremely difficult to do and apparently this one is strong but if he just.. can push himself to continue digging around./ ... /The real Loki? The real Loki? Oh dear, that question will cause Loki to frown just slightly before rolling his eyes slightly./ Yes, the real Loki. /He'll clarify as he turns his gaze towards Castiel once more, raising an eyebrow./ Ah, if you had a bit of personal experience of myself and my world.. then I should know who you really are. I do know is that you're not human, but stronger. I'm quite curious now.
-Cas is trying to back it difficult, ehe :B There are a lot of angel-only secrets hidden in there. Loki could probably pretty easily over power him, but Castiel is definitely trying to make it as difficult as possible. Avoiding anything Heaven and supernatural related, of course. He won't seem to notice the other's annoyance, since he was more thinking out loud rather than seeking any sort of clarification- No. Not experience with you. I have met other gods before, my brother impersonated you before his death. You did not know this? -The angel will frown curiously, tilting his head slightly. He would assume that the god has not been around for quite some time if he had missed that. Cas doesn't really have any issue with explaining who-- or what-- he is, nodding slightly before he answers- I am an Angel of the Lord, possessing a human vessel.
-So rude :I ! Well, Loki will get to them eventually! u__u But not now. He'll be nice.. for once. After a while, Loki will decide to just leave Castiel's mind alone for the moment as he forces himself to relax while keeping his eyes locked on the other. Why is Castiel so interesting? Hm./ Ah. /Hoooold up. He was impersonated? Loki will narrow his eyes at the new information before scowling softly. No, he doesn't like that at all./ No, I wasn't aware of such a thing. /He'll simply answer Castiel's question, deciding to pace around the angel for a moment since now.. now he's not happy. Oh? An Angel of the Lord?~ Now, now. You got him even more interested, Castiel. I hope you know what you just got yourself into./ I see. From the air here, you seem to be high in the ranks.. am I correct?
-He doesn't care! u__u Castiel will sense the other retreating and relax a little himself, although he'll still be standing there as stiff as a board like usual. He'll keep his bright blue eyes focused on the other, again staying silent as he watches Loki absorb what he's said. In any other case, he'd probably try and defend Gabriel, but.. with him already dead and gone there's little point- I suppose that's true. -The angel will answer bluntly-- apparently not enjoying this interrogation as much as Loki is. Cas only knows about 'tricksters' in general, from Gabriel, but really nothing of Loki personally. It's not like him to ask, though. He'll simply take a couple steps away from the god as he starts to pace- What interest is it to a god?
-He has to..! u_U ! Oh goodness those eyes... Cas.. Cas.. stahp. Loki still isn't amused with the whole thing.. and he's even more upset at how stubborn Cas is with hiding his real form from him. One of these days, he'll see.. but not now. He wants to get on Castiel's good side first./ Quite. I'm impressed. There's not many.. angels that are powerful. /Loki will point out as he continues to pace around the angel like a creep, smirking as Castiel steps away. Good./ Hm. Powerful beings such as yourself brings in a lot of attention from everyone. Just assuring your safety from the ones who are going to try and abuse your power, my dear. In all honesty, I was sent not too long ago to follow you around to make sure nothing will come after you. /Jeez, what a liar. Pro, man, pro./
-No Loki, you'll burn your eyes out D8 ! Castiel is getting a little suspicious at having such an interest taken in him-- by a god, no less. Or that a Norse god would have knowledge of angels. Cas will frown a little, his lips pursing together as he just stares pretty much into Loki's soul there- There are many powerful angels. And they are all my family. -He'll state bluntly, again. As the other continues to just pace around him, Castiel will start to look a little irritated as being treated as such, but he won't move or say anything to show as much, though. He'll listen to Loki's explanation, which will draw him to scoff and grin a little, shaking his head before adopting the rather blank expression again- Abuse my power? I already did that by myself. I already have a God who watches over me, I'm afraid.
/... Maybe. 8( kdjh Yes, Cas.. be suspicious. Be really suspicious. H-Hey.. no don't stare. Loki will feel Cas stare into him and he'll look right into the other once more to try and sneak on through into his mind again but.. knowing Castiel.. he won't give up without a fight./ Interesting. /He'll grumble, trying to hold himself from laughing at Castiel's little response there. Hell.. he'll go ahead and let out a small laugh before slowing to a stop in front of the angel./ Ah, the only ones who has abused your power is those mortals that you call 'friends'. You have potential and you still don't know it yet. Ha, yes.. your father, he's doing an amazing job at that. /Loki will say before turning his gaze elsewhere for a moment before glancing at Castiel once more with a smirk./
-He is u___u. Ope, Loki will only be met with a strong force keeping him out of the angel's mind-- or rather, Cas is showing parts of his true form to ward him off, so probably all he's going to see is an almost blinding light if he tries. He still doesn't see what is so interesting about him or any of his family-- since Sam and Dean never really took an interest in it other than when it was of immediate concern to them. However, he will frown once Loki accuses the Winchesters of abusing his power, since he had helped them as friends and done what was asked of him- I am in control of what I do with my powers, I have free will. -He'll make a point of ignoring the comment about his Father, looking down at his feet for a moment before looking back at the other with a slightly puzzled expression. Poor thing can't really work out what Loki's game is-- God knows he's had to deal with demons and Crowley before who played similar tricks, but this one only left him confused-
/Oh yes. u___u Dang it Cas. >:I Loki will narrow his eyes once more, deciding to leave Castiel's mind once more. Maybe.. over time.. he'll finally see what he wants to see. What he will find out won't hurt him, right? The god will keep his gaze on the angel before turning his back to walk over to the desk, grabbing at his staff before walking back to his previous spot. Loki will keep his gaze on the blade of his weapon, though - luckily, he won't try to attack the angel. He has more in mind. Maybe.. this sceptor is strong enough to overpower Castiel here.. maybe./ I see. Hm. /Ope, Loki doesn't believe him at all as he turns his gaze back to the angel in front of him. Castiel is really interesting to him and honestly.. he has no idea why he's so interested in the angel. Usually he'll just smite them on sight but.. Castiel's different. It's bothering him to no end./
-Cas probably won't pay Loki much attention as he returns to grab his sceptre, merely eying the thing curiously but without much apprehension-- it's only an angel blade that can kill him, after all. No doubt he'll be able to sense the power coming off of the staff, but again won't pay much attention to it. He doesn't recognise it as anything from a biblical story so therefore doesn't really care. The angel won't say anything else as Loki wanders back to him, standing stiffly with his hands by his sides and a suspicious scowl on his face. He knows from experience with Gabriel that the god is probably not to be trusted, but what harm could he do in a such a domestic setting?-
/The silence will be like music to Loki's ears, minus the light tapping of his shoes as he starts to circle the angel once more. A sly little smirk will pull on the god's lips as he walks to stand in front of Castiel, holding up his blade just slightly but enough for the point to rest on the poor angel's chest./ My dear Castiel. /Loki will start in a delicate whisper, letting that blade slightly move down the other's chest with the tilt of his head./ I can assure you that I will not bring harm to you and your vessel. I do not have a reason to cause you any harm.
