Siren beach babe hummed a tune to herself as she wandered along the point where the city meets the sea. The sun beat against her back, warming her skin and making her smile. Kalypso sang to the water happily, moving his hips in time to the song in her head. Occasionally she would stop to pick up a shell or greet a little sand crab with a friendly smile, but concentrated more on her song of the sea and the tasty treat in her hand.
Pineapple. Her absolute favourite. Kalypso savoured the sweet taste as she dipped her feet into the water. The beach was always best enjoyed with friends, but here she was alone. It was only the early hours of the morning still, only a beautiful sunny day. More people would come down, surely? Kaly had left Coleton sleeping soundly (only after giving him a kiss on the cheek, of course!) before she decided to head down to her favourite spot.
Finally, the siren splashed the water once more before wandering back into the shade of the trees. Kalypso curled up under one in particular, finishing off her fruit and tucking her knees to her chest. She twirled her already curled hair around a finger as she contented herself with just listening to the sounds and calls of the sea.

Kalypso had been an interesting development in the man's life, as of late. After having harassed Madman to the point he'd gotten nearly homicidal in response, Cole'd decided to let things cool off before he reassociated with his best 'frienemy' again. Up until the present, he'd thought he was the only sea creature in the area and, frankly, had been rather okay with such knowledge... but Kalypso had changed everything, really.
They'd begun talking all casually and, predictably, Coleton had inevitably developed some type of crush on the pretty siren girl. All thoughts of rediscovering his archenemy for now far, far out of his mind, he'd put forth all of his spare time into courting the young mistress of the sea.
Still, he presently lie undisturbed in a sandcastle a few local kids had wanted to build around him, sound asleep for the time being. Provided nothing else disturbed him, he would remain... However, the longing reach of the waves was slowly getting closer. He'd have cold water licking at his tail in a few minutes.
